- Breakfast
Polenta
- Mix 1 c water
with
¾ c course ground cornmeal.
Add 2 c boiling water
Dash salt,
Boil then simmer for 30 minutes until
thickened.
- Stir in 1 T
vegan margarine.
Pour into greased pan.
Cover and Set in refridgerator until
firm. (or overnight)
Slice in wedges
Heat as desired
or Fry
Serve with maple syrup or other
toppings.
