pinenuts
- Cook 1 # Pasta
(Small shape, such as bow ties, shells,
spirals...)
adding: 1 zucchini cut in small sticks
last 2 min
While pasta is
cooking:
- Toast in little
olive oil:
- ½ c
pinenuts or lightly chopped
walnuts/cashews
- Remove
Saute:
- 6 garlic
Add heating through:
- ½ c olive
oil (Can substitute tomatoes oil for
part)
- ½ c
sundried tomatoes in oil
- ¾ c
nutritional yeast
- 1 t
salt
- ½ t
pepper
Toss with pasta
