Basic Mexican Fajitas
Cholesterol Free Vegan Recipe

Simple and great vegan Fajitas:
                              Sauté' Red and green bell peppers, 
onions,
plus basically whatever vegis you want… broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms,
drizzle with a little Italian Salad dressing. (or lime juice, olive oil, oregano, basil)
Add cubed tofu or seitan if you want... Spoon into a soft flour tortilla and roll up. Serve with Salsa, soy cheese, guacamole, and soy sour cream if you want.

TIPS
To heat flour tortillas:
Place a tortilla on top of the sautéing vegis for a couple minutes to heat.
Or splatter tortillas with a few drops of water and put in the microwave a few seconds.
