Cholesterol Free Vegan Recipe

Peanut noodles:
Cooked:
3 ramin or saifin or spag.
Saute:
2 T oil
3 garlic
½ t crushed red pepper (to taste)
2 T sesame seeds
Add:
½ c peanut butter
1 c water
1 pkg ramin seasoning or vegetarian broth powder broth
2 T vinegar or lime juice
2 T sugar
2 T soysauce
1 t coriander
 


TIPS
Serve cold with lettuce and peanuts, cilantro.
Serve hot with crispy fried tofu
