Awesome Beautiful Easy Kale Rainbow Salad

  • Mix:
  • 1/2 C oil
  • 1/4 C lemon juice
  • 2 T sesame oil
  • 2-4 T agave Nectar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • Pour over:
  • 1 # Torn Kale
  • 1/2 C Grated carrots
  • 1 Small Grated beet
  • 1/2 C Good sweet corn (Optional)
  • Sprinkle with 2 T sesame seeds (Optional)
  • Chill before serving
  • Can sit for several hours, or a couple days

If it sits overnight, drain the liquid and add a little more fresh kale and more dressing to brighten it up.
