Mandarin Orange Salad

Mixed Lettuce
Celery , chopped
sweet onions, chopped (Optional)
Small can, Mandarin oranges, drained
 
Top with dressing
and sugared almonds.
Dressing:
Heat:
1/4 C oil
2 T sugar
2 T red wine vinegar
1 T parsley
½ t salt and pepper
Cool Add:
½ t almond extract

Sugared Almonds
2 T sugar
¼ C sliced almonds

Heat fry pan, add sugar and almonds. Stirring constantly until sugar melts and almonds are coated. Remove from pan, cool.

Manderine salad dressing 2
Dressing
½ C corn syrup
3 T vinegar
2 T pineapple juice
4 t sugar
1 T brown sugar
1 T rice vinegar
1 T soy sauce
1 t sesame oil
¼ t dry mustard
¼ t ginger powder
s n p
paprika
½ c oil
1 t sesame seeds

Easy Manderine Dressing
1 C Orange juice
1 T soy sauce
1 T agave

Manderine Salad Dressing 3
Dressing:
2/3 C sugar
1 ½ t dry mustard
1 ½ t salt
½ c vinegar
1/3 c onions
1 ½ c oil
2 t soy sauce
2 T sesame oil ? or seeds

TIPS
For a meal add cubed extra firm tofu, fried crispy.
