                              cabbage1 c shredded
                              carrots1 c ground
                              peanuts (or crunchy peanut
                              butter)¼ c onion
                              chopped½ green
                              pepper chopped (optional)1/2 t
                              salt3 T vegan
                              mayonaise

 substitute 2 t soy sauce for the salt
 and add 2 t finely chopped gingerroot or 1/2 t
                  ground ginger
 for a great asian style taste!
