Homemade Miracle Whip / Mayonnaise
- Cook together until thick.
- 3/4 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Vinegar

- While flour mixture is still hot, add the rest and hand blender or process smooth.
- 3/4 cup Vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp dry Mustard
- 3/4 cup silken tofu
Tips:
This Mayonnaise is
PERFECT for cole slaw, potato salad, bread spread, salad dressings....
I usually double or triple it every time.
It lasts a long time in the fridge, if you never double dip!
