- Mix
well add yeast mixture
- and:

½ c flour
- 1
C whole wheat flour
2 c variety of grains such as:
- Ground
oats, bran, cornmeal, seeds
- ground
flax, ground nuts...
OR: USE LEFTOVER HOT CEREAL

- Knead,
adding more flour until smooth and elastic not sticky.
Rise until doubled
Punch down rise again.
Punch and divide, rest 5 minutes.

into loaves
Rise
Bake 375 45 min for standard loaves,
less for smaller loaves.
