Olive Tapenade
- 1 cup black olives
- 1/2 cup green olives
- 1 T capers with brine
- 3 T chopped onion
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 t thyme
OR try
- 1 1/2 C black olives (or green or both)
- 3 T capers
- 1/2 t rosemary
- 1/2 t oregano
- 1/4 c olive oil
Chop and blend together or puree if you want a smooth spread
Tips:
- Great for crackers or a sandwich spread!
- or add to pasta salads.
- Great for vegan muffalatos
