Vegan Olive Tepenade Recipes
Basic Olive Tepenade
- 1 cup black olives
- 1/2 cup green olives
- 1 T capers with brine
- 3 T chopped onion
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 t thyme
Olive Tepenade with Rosemary and Oregano
- 1 1/2 C black olives (or green or both)
- 3 T capers
- 1/2 t rosemary
- 1/2 t oregano
- 1/4 c olive oil
Garlic Olive Tapenade
- Process lightly
- 1 C nicoise olives
- 2 T capers in brine
- 1 T minced garlic
- Pepper
- 6 T olive oil

- Chop and blend together
or puree if you want a smooth spread
- Great for crackers or a sandwich spread!
