  • 1 cup black olives
  • 1/2 cup green olives
  • 1 T capers with brine
  • 3 T chopped onion
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 t thyme

OR try

  • 1 1/2 C black olives (or green or both)
  • 3 T capers
  • 1/2 t rosemary
  • 1/2 t oregano
  • 1/4 c olive oil

Chop and blend together or puree if you want a smooth spread
