vegan deviled eggs
- 1)Firm tofu
- 2)Vegan Mayonnaise
- 3)Prepared mustard
- 4)Pepper (optional)
- 5)Himalayan Black Salt (Kala Namak). IMPORTANT! It gives the exact smell/taste of eggs! (It's actually pink )
Slice some bite size (or sandwich size) pieces of tofu and set aside,.
Mash some tofu with vegan mayo and a little mustard and pepper to taste. Make it as smooth as you like.
Spoon a little of the tofu mix onto the sliced tofu.
Sprinkle with a little of the Himalayan salt!
Now if you can shape the tofu to look like an egg you could fool everyone!
