Stuffed Mushrooms:
Stuffed Mushrooms:
- for 12 large mushroom caps:
- Heat 1 T olive oil and
- 1 T vegan Margarine
- Add ½ chopped onion
- The chopped mushroom stems
- 2 cloves garlic.
- When mushrooms are done add the rest, stirring until lightly toasted. About a minute.
- 2 T ground bacos (optional) (use spice grinder)
- 2 T nutritional yeast
- 2 T parsley
- Dash cayenne
- 1 ½ C bread crumbs
- S & p
- Stuff caps and drizzle with 2 T melted vegan margarine.
- Bake 375 for 12 minutes
Tips:
- Use 1/4 t liquid smoke in place of the bacos if you want.
