Crispy Quinoa

  • Take pre cooked quinoa
  • Separate into individual pieces
  • Make sure it is dry
  • Drop into hot oil
  • Deep fry about 2 minutes.
  • Remove and use asap.

You can Bake it if you prefer less oil.

Toss quinoa with 2 T canola oil

Spread flat on cookie sheet

Bake 375 about 30 minutes, Mix every 10 minutes or so.
