Crispy Quinoa topping
Crispy Quinoa
- Take pre cooked quinoa
- Separate into individual pieces
- Make sure it is dry
- Drop into hot oil
- Deep fry about 2 minutes.
- Remove and use asap.
You can Bake it if you prefer less oil.
Toss quinoa with 2 T canola oil
Spread flat on cookie sheet
Bake 375 about 30 minutes, Mix every 10 minutes or so.

Great for salad topper or on desserts, or vegis, etc...anywhere for a little more texture and protein!
