- 10 slices stale
bread cubed
- mix w/ ½ c
oil
- Minced
Garlic
- Sprinkle with
Nutritional yeast (opt)
- Bake 225 2
hours.or 350 30 min
stirring every 15 minutes or so.

- Italian
Croutons
- add garlic to
¼ c Italian dressing:
- sprinkle and
toss on:
- 4 c bread
cubes
- Bake 425 8
min
or fry in skillet 10 min.

- Herbed
croutons
- heat:
- ¼ c
oil
- add:
- ½ t
sage
- ½ t
thyme
- ½ t
oregano
- 2
garlic
- ¼ t
paprika
- toss with 4 cups
cubed bread
- 300

- Homemade
croutons
- 10 slices day
old bread Cut into Cubes
- Heat 2 T vegan
margarine
- 2 T olive
oil
- 2 T minced
garlic
- And Herbs of
choice: Basil, marjoram, oregano,
thyme, sage, rosemary. Pinch of each
you want
- Pour over bread
and stir.
- Sprinkle with
½ C nutritional yeast tossing
gently
- Bake 300 15
minutes stir 15 minutes more. Check for
doneness. Bake longer if need
be.

TIPS
Croutons can be sauted or baked,
depending on your preference.
Add spices to your taste.
I like added garlic salt.
Great for snacks!
