- Gooey
Apple (or peach) Breakfast
Cake
- Melt:
¾ c vegan margarine
- ¾ c b
sugar
- 2 t
cinn.
- Add:
6-8 Sliced apples or
peaches
- Simmer 5
minutes
- Put into 8x8 pan
and top with:
- Mixed:
2 C bisquick
1 c soymilk
2 T cornstarch
2 T ground flax seed
2 T oil
sprinkle with sugar cinn.
Bake 375 until golden about 30 min.
Flip upside down on serving
plate.

TIPS
If using canned or thawed frozen fruit,
don't simmer, just mix in.
