Easy apple oatmeal breakfast recipes

Apple oats oatmeal
  • 1 c oats,
  • 4 c apple juice,
  • Boil a couple minutes for quick oats
  • about 5 minutes for rolled oats, or 20 minutes for regular oats OR until preferred consistency.
  • Stir in
  • 2 t vanilla or 1/2 t cinnamon
  • 2 T maple syrup or agave

Apple oatmeal with apples and raisins
  • Boil 3 c water
  • Add:
  • 2 C quick oats
  • 1 t salt
  • 5 min
  • Add:
  • 1 C apple juice
  • 1 C ch apple
  • 1/4 c brown suga
  • 1/4 c raisins
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • Low/cover
  • 5 min.
  • Or use all apple juice and leave out the sugar

Baked apple oatmeal
  • In sauce pan:
  • Heat:
  • 2 C non dairy milk (almond milk)
  • 2 T b sugar
  • 1 T vegan margarine
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/2 t cinnamon
  • Add:
  • 1 C oats
  • 1 C chopped apples
  • 1/2 C raisins
  • Heat til bubbly on edges.
  • Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt glass dish
  • Bake 350 30 minutes
  • Sprinkle with 1 T brown sugar to serve.

Overnight fruity muesli oats

  • Mix:
  • 2 C oats
  • 1 C apple juice
  • 1 C water or almond milk
  • 3/4 C diced dried fruit bits or raisins
  • 1/4 t cinnamon
  • 1/4 t salt
  • Fridge overnight.
  • Serve as is, or heat.

Easy Thermos oats

  • Pre heat thermos with hot water. Dump out and add
  • 1/3 c boiling water
  • 1/3 c hot apple juice
  • 1/3 c rolled oats
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 T Raisins/apples/berries
  • Cover and Sit 2-3 hours or overnight
