Breakfast granola Pears

Crunchy Baked pears
  • 3 Fresh pears
  • Slice in half and core.
  • Place cut side up in shallow baking dish
  • Mix:
  • 1/2 C b sugar
  • 2 T vegan margarine
  • 1 C granola
  • Sprinkle over pears
  • Bake 400 20 minutes
  • Serve warm with almond milk

Simple Granola Pears

  • Dump canned drained pears in oven proof pan, in a single layor.
  • Sprinkle with granola.
  • Top with a little cinn/sugar if desired
  • Bake til warm.
