Crunchy Baked pears
- 3 Fresh pears
- Slice in half and core.
- Place cut side up in shallow baking dish
- Mix:
- 1/2 C b sugar
- 2 T vegan margarine
- 1 C granola
- Sprinkle over pears
- Bake 400 20 minutes
- Serve warm with almond milk
OR
Simple Granola Pears
- Dump canned drained pears in oven proof pan, in a single layor.
- Sprinkle with granola.
- Top with a little cinn/sugar if desired
- Bake til warm.
