Over night Savory Bread pudding
- Cube 8 day old slices french bread
- place in greased 8 x8
- Mix then pour over bread:
- 2 C soymilk.... (PLAIN UNSWEETEND, only soybeans and water on the label!)
- 2 T oil
- 1 t dry mustard
- ½ t salt
- 1 C nutritional yeast
- 2 T cornstarch
- Let sit at least 30 minutes or overnight
- Crumble over
- 1 # browned vegan sausage
- Bake 350 40 minutes
- Remove from oven
- Sprinkle with 1 C shredded vegan cheese (optional)
- Sit 10 before serving
