- Basic
vegan French Toast
- Mix:
½ c soymilk
½ t vanilla, or almond, or rum
flavoring
2 T oil
¼ t salt
1 T flour
2 T cornstarch
2 t sugar
cinnamon
Dip 4 slices day old bread
and fry in a little oil
Serve with favorite toppings:
Maple
Syrup,
applesauce, powdered sugar,
berries...
