- Grandmas,
No Bake, Peanut Butter Balls
- Mix in
saucepan::
- 1 c brown
sugar
- ½ c
flour
- ½ c soymilk
(plain unsweetened, only soybeans and
water on the label)
- Bring to
boil
- add ½ c
vegan margarine
- Boil 3
minutes
- Remove
Add:
- 1 ½ c quick
oats
- 2/3 c peanut
butter
- 2/3 c raisins
(optional)
- ½ c
coconut
- 1 t
vanilla
- ¼ t
salt
- Cool to
touch
- form into
balls and roll in shredded
coconut
- cool
store in fridge

These are easy and fabulous!
Try putting vegan chocolate chips in them
instead of coconut...
