Beans and Wieners Casserole

Beans and Wieners Casserole

  • Saute'
  • 2 T oil
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • Add
  • 1 t vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 2-14 oz. cans beans (I like white beans here, but any bean will work)
  • 19 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 4 veggie wieners, sliced
  • 2 t vegetable broth powder
  • Dash cayenne
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Simmer for 15 minutes. Remove bay leaf before serving
