Beans and Wieners Casserole
Beans and Wieners Casserole
- Saute'
- 2 T oil
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- Add
- 1 t vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 2-14 oz. cans beans (I like white beans here, but any bean will work)
- 19 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 4 veggie wieners, sliced
- 2 t vegetable broth powder
- Dash cayenne
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- Simmer for 15 minutes. Remove bay leaf before serving
