 Lentil Loaf


¾ C lentils.

Wash and add 3 C broth in pan

With 1 chopped onion

2 small chopped carrots

1 chopped celery stock

Boil gently 30 minutes


Blender with 16 oz can chick peas


Add 1 ½ C rice

1 C breadcrumbs

¼ C finely chopped nuts\

4 chopped garlic cloves

2 t garlic powder

2 t onion powder

1 t thyme


Form in greased loaf pan

Bake 350 1 hour
