Vegan Meatloaf type
Lentil Loaf
- Wash ¾ C lentils.
- Add 3 C broth in pan
- With 1 chopped onion
- 2 small chopped carrots
- 1 chopped celery stock
- Boil gently 30 minutes
- Blender with 16 oz can chick peas
- Add 1 ½ C rice
- 1 C breadcrumbs
- ¼ C finely chopped nuts\
- 4 chopped garlic cloves
- 2 t garlic powder
- 2 t onion powder
- 1 t thyme
- Form in greased loaf pan
- Bake 350 1 hour
