Carrot cake
ingredients ¼ C + 2 T
soymilk ¾ c
oil 1 c sugar 1 t
vanilla 1 C flour 1/4 c ground
oats ½ teaspoon
baking soda ½ t
salt 4 oz flakes
coconut 1 c shredded
carrot 4 oz crushed
pineapple 1 c chopped pecans
(opt) Mix wet
ingredients. Mix dry. Gently mix together
and fold in remaining
ingredients. Pour into square or
round cake pan. Bake: 350
around 35-40 min Double ingredients for 10 x
13 pan. and increase time to 45-50 min Cholesterol free, animal free, cruelty free vegetarian vegan cooking |
