Vegan Hot fudge sauce
 
Mix in saucepan:
1 T vegan margarine
2 T cocoa
1/3 C boiling water
Stir until melted.
Add:
1 C sugar
2 C cornsyrup
Bring to a boil/ Boil/stir 5 minutes
Remove add:
1 t vanilla

Dash salt

Macadamia Coconut topping
½ C vegan Margarine
1 C b sugar
¼ C soymilk
¼ C macadamia nuts
½ C shredded coconut
Mix and top, then broil golden
Great for Cake

Quick and easy dessert sauce
Good for fruit or a fondue with cake…
Mix premade vegan pudding.
Add ¼ C rum

Caramel sauce
Mix set aside…
2 t cornstarch
1 C soymilk
½ t vanilla
 
¼ C sugar in heavy small saucepan
add 1 T water
Med heat. Do not stir
til golden, about 10 minutes.
Remove add milk mixture, stir til dissolved
Back to heat, boil til thickens, remove,
Pour into bowl to cool

Chocolate cream
Melt 3 oz dark sweet chocolate
Add: ½ C Blendered silken tofu
Mix well
Good for frostings/dips
