- melt:

margarine
- Add:
- 2 ¼ c br
sugar
- dash
salt
- 1 c corn
syrup
- 24
oz vegan sw cond milk
- heat til
boils
- reduce heat and
cook /stir til 245 on candy
thermometer
- remove from
heat
Add:
- 1 t
vanilla
- pour into
greased 9x9
- fridge
overnight
- stand at room
temp 30 min
- cut and wrap
- TIPS: For
Chocolate caramels add:
2 sq unsweetened choc w/ milk or 6 T
cocoa and 2 T oil.
