- 1 1/2 C fresh
cranberries (6oz
frozen/thawed)
- 1/2 c
sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
3-4 inch piece.
- Cook over med.
heat around 30-45 minutes until
soft.
- Remove stick to
serve.
- Option: Puree
