Homemade Garlic oil and chili oil

Garlic Oil

Mix:

  • 4 cloves peeled fresh garlic
  • 1/2 C olive oil

Pour in glass jar with cover and store in the refrigerater

Let sit at least 1 week.

Keep up to 1 month



Chili oil

  • Heat 1 C canola or olive oil until very hot, but not smoking.
  • Remove and add 2 t tomato paste
  • 1 t crushed red pepepr flakes, or other hot pepper
  • Stir well
  • Pour into jar with cover.
  • Let sit in fridge 1 week before using
  • Keeps to 1 month
