Garlic Oil
Mix:
- 4 cloves peeled fresh garlic
- 1/2 C olive oil
Pour in glass jar with cover and store in the refrigerater
Let sit at least 1 week.
Keep up to 1 month
Chili oil
- Heat 1 C canola or olive oil until very hot, but not smoking.
- Remove and add 2 t tomato paste
- 1 t crushed red pepepr flakes, or other hot pepper
- Stir well
- Pour into jar with cover.
- Let sit in fridge 1 week before using
- Keeps to 1 month
