Homemade gourmet Hot cocoa mix:
- Process into a powder
- 1 C sugar
- 6 oz unsweetend dark chocolate bar, chopped
- 1 C cocoa
- 1/2 C dry soymilk powder
- 5 t cornstarch
- 3/4 t salt
- (1 section split Vanilla bean optional)
Store in airtight container at room temp.
Attach Recipe to jar:
- For 1 serving
- Heat 1 C soy milk or other non dairy milk.
- Whisk in 1/4 C powder. Heat 2 minutes more.
- (Add dash vanilla optional, if no vanilla bean used)
For Mexican Hot chocolate:
- Add 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t chili powder
- Dash cayenne
For coffee flavor/ Mocha Mix:
- Add 1/3 C instant espresso/coffee to powder mix.
