Italian Soup mix:
- Place separately in 4 C jar along with instructions.
- 1 1/2 C mixed beans: (Kidney beans, whites beans, black beans… )
- Flavor mix:
- 1/4 C chopped dried tomatoes
- 2 T vegi broth powder
- 2 T parsley flakes
- 1 T dried minced onions
- 2 t italian seasoning
- 1 t garlic powder
- Pasta pack:
- 1/2 C orzo, alphabet, or other small pasta.
Attach Recipe to jar:
- Rinse and check beans.
- Soak overnight then drain/rinse.
- Or Boil covered, in 4 C water, 5 minutes, turn off heat and sit 1 hour. Drain/rinse
- Place in pot with 8 C water and flavor mix.
- Boil/simmer covered 2 1/2 hours until beans are tender.
- Uncover Cook 45 minutes.
- Add Pasta, cook 10 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
