Pigs in a Blanket
- Biscuit dough Ingredients
- 2 C flour
- 1 T Baking Powder
- 1 t salt
- 2/3 cups Unsweetened plain soymilk (ONLY soybeans and water on label)
- 1 t sugar
- 1/3 C shortening/vegan margarine
- Directions
- Mix dry ingredients
- Melt margarine and sugar and stir in soymilk
- Mix dry with wet gently.
- Add a little more flour if too wet to handle
- Divide and Drop 6 onto greased sheet.
- Arrange a vegan hotdog in the center of each
- and wrap dough around,
- leaving ends open a little
- Bake 425 10-13 minutes
Serve with mustard and ketchup
