Pigs in a Blanket

  • Biscuit dough Ingredients
  • 2 C flour
  • 1 T Baking Powder
  • 1 t salt
  • 2/3 cups Unsweetened plain soymilk (ONLY soybeans and water on label)
  • 1 t sugar
  • 1/3 C shortening/vegan margarine
  • Directions
  • Mix dry ingredients
  • Melt margarine and sugar and stir in soymilk
  • Mix dry with wet gently.
  • Add a little more flour if too wet to handle
  • Divide and Drop 6 onto greased sheet.
  • Arrange a vegan hotdog in the center of each
  • and wrap dough around,
  • leaving ends open a little
  • Bake 425 10-13 minutes
