Homemade vegan Fajitas:

- Sauté'
- Red and green bell peppers
- onions
- plus basically whatever vegis you want… broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms
- drizzle with a little Italian Salad dressing. (or lime juice, olive oil, oregano, basil)
- Add cubed tofu or seitan if you want...
- Spoon into a soft flour tortilla and roll up.
- Great as is, or Serve with
- Salsa
- vegan cheese
- guacamole
- and vegan sour cream

Tips and ideas:
heat flour tortillas before filling:
- Place a tortilla on top of the sautéing vegis for a couple minutes to heat.
- Or splatter tortillas with a few drops of water and put in the microwave 30 seconds.
- Or traditionally, heat over an open flame
