Vegan beefy and bok choy


Simple Asian beefy and bok choy recipe

  • Marinate
  • Ready made vegan steak strips, or seitan, wheat meat, beefy tvp or frozen/thawed/pressed sliced tofu for an hour or so in:
  • 1/4 C soy sauce
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • Stir fry the following about 3 min
  • 1 bunch bok choy chopped STEMS
  • 1 t gingerroot
  • 1 t garlic
  • Add chopped bok choy leaves and Marinated DRAINED Meaty item
  • Saute a couple minutes until cooked
  • Add:
  • 1 t cornstarch in 1/3 c water
  • 2 teaspoons vegetarian broth powder
  • 2 T soysauce
  • Thickens quickly, and serve
