  • Marinate chicken like strips or chunks, seitan, wheat meat, or tofu in:
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2 T sherry
  • 1 t ginger
  • 1 t garlic
  • Saute:
  • 2 T oil
  • 1 c mushrooms
  • ¼-1/2 c scallions or onions
  • Add:
  • 1 pkg. Snow Peas
  • ½ can sliced water chestnuts
