Veganwolf SECRET Fried Rice (Cholesterol Free!)

Fried Rice Ingredients

3 T Peanut oil or canola oil

1 T grated Gingerroot

I t minced garlic

1 Onion

2 Carrots

2 Stalks Celery

½ Bell Pepper

1 small wedge Cabbage

8 oz Mushrooms


4 c leftover cooked rice. Make rice at least the day before or a couple days before...

small can sliced water chestnuts


6 oz silken tofu

2 T soysauce

1 T molasses

¼ c baco bits


Fried Rice directions

Chop all vegetables into ¼-1/2 inch pieces.

Stir fry in hot oil a couple of minutes

Add rice

stir fry a few minutes til heated through and rice starting to brown.

Crumble in tofu and water chestnuts stir well til heated.

sprinkle with soysauce and molasses stirring well.

Toss in ¼ c bacos




You can use more or less of any vegetable, tofu, bacos, etc... omitting what you don't like or have...but the key ingredient.

Very important to use day old rice.


You will probably start making extra rice all the time now, so you always have leftovers...

I actually never measure what I use here, just sprinkling soysauce and such, so adjust to your own tastes...
