Peanut noodles:
- Cook, drizzle with 2 T sesame oil, and set aside:
- 3 pkg ramin, or 1/2 # Soba or spaghetti noodles or similar.
- Saute:
- 2 T oil
- 3 garlic
- ½ t crushed red pepper (to taste)
- 2 T sesame seeds
- Add:
- ½ c peanut butter
- 1 c water
- 1 pkg ramin seasoning or vegetarian broth powder broth
- 2 T rice vinegar or lime juice
- 2 T sugar
- 2 T soysauce
- 1 t coriander
