Traditional Corn Tortillas
Corn Tortillas
- 2 C masa Harina (A certain type of Corn Meal)
- 1 1/3 C cold water
- 1 t salt
- Mix all
- rest 20 minutes
- Roll flat, big or little tortillas
- DRY Fry in a dry ungreased cast iron skillet until light brown spots appear. Repeat other side
Fry before using as tortillas, tacos, etc...
