VEGAN BISCUITS

Biscuit Ingredients

2 C flour

1 T Baking Powder

1 t salt

2/3 cups Unsweetened plain soymilk*

1 T sugar

1/3 C shortening/vegan margarine

 

 Directions

Mix dry ingredients

Melt margarine and sugar and stir in soymilk

Mix dry with wet gently.

Drop 9-12 onto greased sheet.

Bake 425 10-13 minutes

Tips
  • * For best results Only use soy milk that has just soybeans and water on the ingredients label. Other ingredients will alter the flavor.
  • Great with Jam or served with vegan sausage gravy
