Home Made Biscuits

  • Biscuit Ingredients
  • 2 C flour
  • 1 T Baking Powder
  • 1 t salt
  • 2/3 cups Unsweetened plain soymilk*
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/3 C shortening/vegan margarine

Directions

  • Mix dry ingredients
  • Melt margarine and sugar and stir in soymilk
  • Mix dry with wet gently.
  • Drop 9-12 onto greased sheet.
  • Bake 425 10-13 minutes

Tips and ideas:


For best results Only use soy milk that has just soybeans and water on the ingredients label. Other ingredients will alter the flavor.

Great with Jam or served with vegan sausage gravy
