Homemade Herb Biscuits
Classic Biscuits
- 2 C flour
- 1 T Baking Powder
- 1 t salt
- 2/3 c unsweetened plain soymilk
- (with only soybeans and water on label)
- 1 T sugar
- 1/3 c vegan margarine or shortening
- Mix dry ingredients
- Melt margarine and sugar and stir in soymilk
- Mix dry with wet gently.
- Drop 9-12 onto greased sheet.
- Bake 425 10-13 minutes
Herbed biscuits
- Add to dry ingredients in classic biscuit recipe
- 1 t oregano
- 1 t marjorum
- 1 t basil
- ¾ t savory
- 1/3 t rosemary
- 1/3 t sage
- bake then brush w/ vegan margarine
- OPTIONAL: Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and a little garlic salt.

Tips and ideas:
Use any herbs you want here, that go with what you are serving of course
