Choy Salad
- 1 head bok choy
or regular cabbage chopped.
- 3 green onions
(optional)
1 carrot, shredded
Toss with:
- Dressing:
- 1 c
oil
- ½ c
sugar
- ¼ c
vinegar
- 2 T soy
sauce
1 T sesame oil

- Crunchy
topping:
- Melt:¼ c
vegan margarine
Add:
2 T sugar
2 pkg. ramin noodles
crushed
2 T sesame seeds
- 3 oz sliced
almonds
Stir fry until lightly browned.
(Add the nuts and seeds toward the end
since they brown fastest!)
