Vegan Broccoli Salads

Cholesterol Free Vegan Recipe
Vegan Broccoli Salad
Mix all and chill well.
1 head broccoli. Bite size pieces.
½ c red onion (optional)
½ c sunflower seeds
3/4 C vegan mayonnaise
¼ c sugar
3 T vinegar

Before serving add:
½ c raisins
¼ c bacos (fake bacon bits)


Vegan Broccoli Salad 2

Mix gently
3 stalks broccoli in bite size pieces
1 c vegan cheddar cheese shredded
(or: 1 C shredded extra firm tofu mixed with
1 t turmeric and 1 T Nutritional yeast.)
1 c celery
½ C vegan mayonnaise
1 T vinegar
2 T sugar
½ c sunflower seeds

Before serving add:
1/2 C Raisins (optional)

Quick and easy Broccoli Salad:

Cut up Broccoli,
add cherry tomatoes,
fresh mushrooms,
sliced water chestnuts,
Black olives,

Top with Italian dressing. Chill overnight.

Optional: Add fresh herbs, such as basil

You can blanch the broccoli a little if you prefer.
