- Mix all and
chill well.
- 1 head broccoli.
Bite size pieces.
- ½ c red
onion (optional)
- ½ c
sunflower seeds

- Dressing
- 3/4 C vegan
mayonnaise
- ¼ c
sugar
- 3 T
vinegar

Before serving add:
½ c raisins
¼ c bacos (fake bacon bits)

Mix gently
3 stalks broccoli in bite size
pieces
- 1 c vegan
cheddar cheese shredded
(or: 1 C shredded extra firm tofu mixed
with
1 t turmeric and 1 T Nutritional
yeast.)
- 1 c
celery
- ½ C vegan
mayonnaise
- 1 T
vinegar
- 2 T
sugar
- ½ c
sunflower seeds
Before serving add:
- 1/2 C Raisins
(optional)

- Quick and
easy Broccoli Salad:
Cut up
Broccoli,
add cherry tomatoes,
fresh mushrooms,
sliced water chestnuts,
Black olives,
Top with Italian
dressing. Chill
overnight.
- Optional: Add
fresh herbs, such as basil
You can blanch the broccoli a little if
you prefer.
