Fake Crab Salad
- Small can vegan crab, or shredded jackfruit,
- or Shred 1/2 small block extra firm tofu and 1/2 can chickpeas
- Mix with a little finely chopped Seaweed
- Mix with dressing:
- ¾ C chili sauce,
- ½ C vegan mayo
- 1 t minced onion
- ½ t sugar
- ½ t vegan Worcestershire
- dash salt
- top with drizzle of lemon juice
