Traditional Spinach Salad
- 1 bag washed torn spinach
- ½ c sliced water chestnuts
- 1/2 C extra firm tofu chopped in small cubes, sprinkled with 1/2 t kala namak salt (Black salt, which is pink but smells like eggs)
- ¼ c onion, thin slices
- Fresh mushrooms, in slices
- Toss with Dressing
- ¼ c oil
- ¼ vinegar
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- ¼ c ketchup
- Top with ¼ c bacos before serving
