Traditional Spinach Salad

  • 1 bag washed torn spinach
  • ½ c sliced water chestnuts
  • 1/2 C extra firm tofu chopped in small cubes, sprinkled with 1/2 t kala namak salt (Black salt, which is pink but smells like eggs)
  • ¼ c onion, thin slices
  • Fresh mushrooms, in slices
  • Toss with Dressing
  • ¼ c oil
  • ¼ vinegar
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • ¼ c ketchup
  • Top with ¼ c bacos before serving
