Chick teriyaki salad
Prepare/Fry chick sub of choice.
Slice into 1 inch pieces
or use pressed extra firm tofu, and fry in oil , all sides, til golden and crispy.
2 T oil
¼ C green onions
1 T parsley
1 T ginger
1 T chopped garlic
1 t cr. Red pepper
3 ribs celery sliced diagonal
2 carrots sliced diagonal
1 C water chestnuts sliced
1 head broccoli
½ C fresh mushrooms
Cook 3 minutes crisp tender
Mix 1 T cornstarch with
¾ c prepared teriyaki sauce
Add to vegis

Dressing: Whisk
1 C red wine vinegar
2 T cider vinegar
1 T brown sugar
1/8 t cayenne pepper
1/8 t ginger
1/8 t salt
1 T soy sauce
3 T oil
8 Cups Lettuce in 4 bowls.
