Tofu Soy Salad like at Safeway
- Mix:
- 2 T canola oil
- 2 T sesame oil
- 1 C Soy Sauce (Tamari, Shoyu)
- 2/3 C rice vinegar
- 1/2 C sugar
- Serve over:
- Fresh beans sprouts
- Water Cress
- chopped tomatoes
- Minced green onion
- Chopped cucumbers
- Cubed extra firm tofu
Tips:
- Optional: Add a little ginger, and sesame seeds....
- Serve Very cold.
- I like to use more lettuce, instead of just the little watercress, which Safeway does.
- I also like a little grated carrot.
