Mini Pizzas

 

8 English Muffins

olive oil

11 oz can spaghetti sauce, or homemade.

1 t oregano

1/2 t crushed red pepper

Favorite Toppings:

vegi pepperoni

olives

onions

8 oz vegan mozzerella

 

Instructions

 

Split english muffins and brush lightly with olive oil

Toast lightly

Mix sauce with oregano and pepper

Spread onto muffins

Top with toppings

and cheese

Bake 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

Broil 1 minute longer til cheese melts
