Sandwich Bread

oats
- ¼ c
cornmeal in
- ½ c
water
- ¼ c
oil
- 2 T ground
flax
- 1 T minced
onion
- 1 ½
teaspoons yeast in1/4 c
water
- 3/4 c
soymilk*
- 1 T
sugar
- 1 t
salt
- 2+c
flour
- ---------------
- 1 t garlic
salt
- t minced
onion
- 1 T sesame
seeds

- Directions.
- Marinated
Vegetables:
- Mince and
Marinate all overnight.

- Make
Bread:
- Soak oats and
cornmeal in water 15
minutes.
- Add remaining
ingredients.
- Mix in enough
flour for a stiff dough.

- Spread onto
greased pizza plate.
- Rise
- Brush with
oil
- Sprinkle with
1 t garlic salt, 1 t minced
onions,
1 T sesame seeds.
- Bake 350
25-30 minutes.

- Cool.
Slice in half.
- Spread with
marinated vegis.

- Top w/
- vegan cheese
slices
- vegan meats
slices
- mushrooms
- peppers
- tomatoes
- lettuce
- etc...
- slice pie
like
- serve w/
extra mustard/pickles/Italian
dressing

Tips
*Only use Soymilk with ONLY
soybeans and water on the
ingredients.
Fill sandwich early and
weigh down with a heavy object for a couple
hours, for easier slicing.
