pepper chopped (optional)

salt
- 3 T vegan
mayonaise

TIPS
Add fresh mung bean sprouts.
substitute 2 t soy sauce for the salt
and add 2 t finely chopped gingerroot or 1/2 t
ground ginger
for a great asian style taste!
