VEGAN Planet Burger
- Ingredients
- 3 C cooked Brown Rice
- 12 oz can chick peas
- 1 onion chopped very fine
- 4 oz red beans
- 1 carrot Shred fine
- 1/2 C tahini
- 1/4 C sunflower seeds ground
- 1/4 C Cashews ground
- 2 T nutritional yeast
- 1 T sesame seeds
- 1/4 C parsley
- 1/4 C soy sauce
- 2 T oil
- 1 t thyme (optional)
- Mix all.
- Form into patties and fry
- Serve on bun with:
- Vegan Mayo, Sprouts, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, onion
