VEGAN Planet Burger

  • Ingredients
  • 3 C cooked Brown Rice
  • 12 oz can chick peas
  • 1 onion chopped very fine
  • 4 oz red beans
  • 1 carrot Shred fine
  • 1/2 C tahini
  • 1/4 C sunflower seeds ground
  • 1/4 C Cashews ground
  • 2 T nutritional yeast
  • 1 T sesame seeds
  • 1/4 C parsley
  • 1/4 C soy sauce
  • 2 T oil
  • 1 t thyme (optional)
  • Mix all.
  • Form into patties and fry
  • Serve on bun with:
  • Vegan Mayo, Sprouts, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, onion
