Raw Vegetable Sandwich Spread
- Grate fine
- carrot
- celery
- onion
- cucumber
- cabbage
- Mix in some vegan mayonaise.

Peanut Vegi Sandwich Spread
- 1 c shredded cabbage
- 1 c shredded carrots
- 1 c ground peanuts (or crunchy peanut butter)
- ¼ c onion chopped
- ½ green pepper chopped (optional)
- 1/2 t salt
- 3 T vegan mayonaise
- Add fresh mung bean sprouts.
- substitute 2 t soy sauce for the salt
- and add 2 t finely chopped gingerroot or 1/2 t ground ginger
- for a great asian style taste!
"Tuna" Salad Sandwich Spread, or carrot salad sandwich
- 2 C finely grated carrots
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
- 1/4 onion chopped
- 3 T vegan Mayo
- 2 t lemon juice
- Seasoned salt (spike) to taste
