Sauted Vegiwich
8 1/2 ' slices
french bread
16 oz extra
firm tofu cut into 1/2 "
slices
vegi cheese
(optional)
1 onion sliced
in thin rings
1 c mushrooms
sliced
1/2 C carrot
grated
1/2 c celery
chopped fine
Mix
together:
2 T
water
1 T vegan
Worcestershire
1/2 t
cornstarch
Vegan cheese

Instructions
Saute vegis in
a little oil.
Add
water/cornstarch
mixture.
Cook 1
minute
Dry fry or
broil tofu about 3 minutes a
side.
Place on top
of bread.
top with vegan
cheese and broil until cheese is
slightly melted
Top with vegis
and serve
